Brand Support — FaceGlade
Everything a journalist, partner or blogger needs to refer to FaceGlade correctly. For anything not covered here, email support@faceglade.com; one person reads it, and replies are usually fast.
The name
FaceGlade: one word, capital F, capital G. Not "Face Glade", not "faceglade.com" in running text (the domain is fine in URLs and footnotes). First mention in an article: "FaceGlade". After that, "the site" or "FaceGlade" both work.
The one-line description
If you need a boilerplate sentence:
FaceGlade is a free, privacy-first face analysis site: face shape detection, proportion scoring and seasonal color analysis that run entirely in the browser, with photos never leaving the user's device.
What we ask you to get right
- The privacy claim, precisely. The accurate statement is "your photo never leaves your device." Please don't write "photos are deleted after analysis": nothing is uploaded in the first place, and the distinction is the entire point of the product.
- The honesty angle. The site publishes measurement limits and candidate sets rather than single verdicts; describing it as "an AI that tells you how you look" misses what makes it different.
- The price. The tools are free and there is nothing to install.
