Privacy Policy — FaceGlade
The short version: your photos never leave your device, we set no cookies, and the only data we see is aggregate, privacy-friendly page analytics. Last updated 2026-11-07.
Your photos never leave your device
Every analysis on FaceGlade (face shape, proportions, seasonal color) runs inside your browser using an on-device model. Your photo is loaded into your browser's memory, measured there, and that is the whole journey. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, so there is no server copy to delete and no "we keep it for N days" clause to write.
Two things make this verifiable rather than just promised:
- The site ships a strict Content-Security-Policy (
default-src 'self') that blocks network requests to any third party, including to us, so a rogue script could not exfiltrate a photo even if one slipped in. - You can watch it yourself: open your browser's developer tools on the Network tab, run any detection, and you will see no upload request of any kind.
What we do collect: aggregate analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly measurement service, to see which pages get visited and which tools get used. It sets no cookies, performs no cross-site tracking, stores no personal identifiers, and is documented by Cloudflare as not collecting visitor IP addresses for this product. We look at aggregate counts ("200 people ran the color quiz this week"), never at who those people were.
There are no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, no session-recording scripts, and no fingerprinting on this site. If affiliate links are added to the color guides later, this policy will say so plainly.
What we never do
- Upload, receive or store your photos (there is no upload endpoint; see the section above).
- Set cookies or use local storage to track you. Tool settings, if any are added, stay in your own browser and never sync to us.
- Sell or share data about you, because we do not collect data about you to begin with.
- Ask you to create an account. There is no account system.
Hosting
The site is a set of static files served from Cloudflare's edge network. Serving a static page involves the usual transient connection data any web host handles; we do not log or receive anything beyond the aggregate analytics described above.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top will move and the change will be described here in plain language. Questions, concerns, or a request to confirm any of the above: email support@faceglade.com.
